Domestic (Australia): Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
International Shipping: We ship globally, and delivery times range from 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option you choose. For orders over AUD $150, domestic shipping is free.
Order Processing:
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on the design specifications.
Tracking Your Order: You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow its journey right to your doorstep.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We want you to love your RooTek gear, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.
Returns: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
